Fix the sewer line with little or no digging — and keep the driveway and yard mostly intact in Anchorage.
Trenchless repair fixes a sewer line through one or two small access points instead of a trench down the whole run. Pipe lining (cured-in-place pipe) pulls a resin-saturated liner into the old pipe and cures it in place — a new "pipe within a pipe." Pipe bursting pulls a new pipe through the old one while breaking the old pipe outward. Both can mean far less damage to a Anchorage driveway, walkway, or landscaping.

Trenchless is a great fit for many lines, but not all. A fully collapsed pipe, a severe belly or sag that needs re-grading, or certain access and depth conditions can still call for an open-trench replacement. A camera inspection is what tells us honestly whether lining, bursting, or digging is the right method for your line — we won't quote trenchless on a line that can't take it.
